Indicator Lights

Understand how the lights on your Reshape Imaging device reflect its current activity.

On your Reshape Imaging device, the lights (three circles in the top left corner of the door) indicate what it is currently doing.

Starting Up

Breathing White – The robot is powering on. Wait until the light changes.

Idle

Static White – The robot is ready to run a job.

Running

Chasing Purple – Circles light up sequentially in a loop, indicating the robot is actively working. Avoid opening the door.
Note: Older devices will display Static Purple instead of the animation when running.

Finished

Static Green – The job is complete.

Network configuration

Pulsing Blue – Internet connection needs to be configured. Follow the instructions here.

Offline

Blinking Yellow – The robot has lost connection. Check your network or contact support.

Error

Blinking Red – The robot encountered an issue — contact support.
