Indicator Lights

On your Reshape Imaging device, the lights (three circles in the top left corner of the door) indicate what it is currently doing.

Breathing White – Device is powering on. Wait until the light changes.

Static White – Device is ready to run a job.

Chasing Purple – Circles light up sequentially in a loop, indicating the device is actively working. Avoid opening the door.
Note: Older devices will display Static Purple instead of the animation when running.

Static Green – The job is complete.

Pulsing Blue – Internet connection needs to be configured. Follow the instructions here.

Blinking Yellow – Device has lost connection. Check your network or contact support.

Blinking Red – Device encountered an issue — contact support.
