In the Reshape Discovery platform, activity is automatically tracked to make it easy to understand what is going on within jobs.
Activities logged
Job created
Job started
Job finished
Job stopped
Job deleted (logged, but can’t be viewed since the job will disappear)
Job failed
Job recovered after interruption, some data may be lost
Job renamed
Export succeeded
Besides the activity log in the user interface, Discovery records database changes initiated by users and authentication events in backend audit tables. Each record captures details such as the timestamp, operation type, affected record and before-and-after data. Logs are retained for 18 months and are available upon request.
