Discovery is the user interface linked to Reshape's imaging devices, giving you a centralized platform for managing and organizing experiments and data. This guide shows how everything connects.
Before running your first imaging job, it’s helpful to understand how Discovery is structured. The platform provides a comprehensive overview of your research – from project folders to individual assays (we refer to them as jobs).
Check out our Reshape 101 video below — or keep reading for the step-by-step written guide.
Home
The Home is your control center. It gives you a real-time snapshot of all statuses of jobs and devices.
Inside a Project
Click into any project to see everything that belongs to it. Each project page includes:
Tabs for Jobs, Plates, and Wells, sorting and filtering options plus a search bar to find data fast.
Finding and reviewing Jobs
The Jobs view shows every imaging run, whether it’s ongoing, stopped, or completed. Jobs can be accessed through the menu on the left or from a project. Inside your jobs, you can monitor experiment progress and access results.
Once you’re comfortable navigating Discovery, you’ll be ready to configure and start your first job.
