When looking at plates in the user interface, you'll see the "Export" button on the top right. This is where you can start and configure your data export.
Once you've made an export, the export you can follow the progress in the same sidepanel. When it's completed, you can download the file to your computer.
The file will contain a row per plate with the following information:
Device name
Run ID
Processing date and time
Label
Analysis name and version
Sorting category
End location
Link to the plate
Analysis result
Sample information
Batch
ID
Replica number
Dilution
Control type
