Model versioning and improvement

In the Reshape platform, analysis pipelines (both the image analysis model itself as well as post-processing that has been applied to automatically analyse the resulting data and output it in a certain format) can be versioned, allowing fine control and validation of setups using a certain version of a certain pipeline.

Using this functionality, it is also possible to granularly compare different model versions to determine if a newer model has improved accuracy across a certain image dataset and to validate a pipeline against human reference assessments.
