If the indicator light changes to π‘ static yellow unexpectedly during a run:
π‘ The device has entered cleaning mode to recover from a potential fault.
This occurs when an issue is detected during a run and the device automatically switches to cleaning mode. You can now safely open the front drawer.
Step-by-step guidance:
Open the front drawer and carefully remove all plates from the rotors.
We recommend discarding all plates and lids removed from the rotors. Note that results are only recorded once a plate has been placed in the output carousel. You may be able to recover plates and return them to the input carousel for re-imaging β see detailed guidance below.

If plates were labeled on the bottom and will be processed further after the run: Remove all plates, discard the used lids to avoid contamination, place new lids on each plate, and return them to the input carousel.
